We couldn't be happier that we booked Allister to be our wedding photographer. Right from our first Skype call we felt so comfortable with him and can honestly say he was an absolute pleasure to work with.

He fitted in so seamlessly to our day and was so fantastic to have around – not only is he a genuinely lovely guy but he had a real knack at making everyone feel at ease in the morning before the wedding (not always an easy feat!) and was brilliant at blending into the background once the wedding kicked off.

Linda & Ade | St Paul's Cathedral + Hello!

The very nature of a blog means that weddings (and things like lovely customer reviews) get pushed further and further back…

With covid lingering and many a wedding-plan scuppered, it’s been a perfect opportunity to go back and visit some particularly memorable weddings of recent years.

Here’s Linda and Ade’s day that took place in a beautifully sunny, covid-free London circa August 2018.

They were very fortunate to have their ceremony held in St Paul’s Cathedral - followed by a trip along the Thames to their reception at The Queen’s House in Greenwich.

I think it’s important I say I was really nervous about picking a wedding photographer, my mum was a professional photographer and working in the public eye and I’ve worked with a lot of different styles of photographers.

As much as I loved Allister in person and loved his work on the website, I was still anxious to see how the photos would turn out - I’m very particular and not very easy to please!

With that in mind, I’ve been utterly blown away looking through the 300+ photos.

I never imagined that photographs could make me cry so much but it felt like I was re-living our day and it was just so beautiful.
