Documentary Wedding Photography In London | Amy & Adam

Amy & Adam’s incredible wedding all took place in London, what an amazing day!

Bridal preparations were held at the Rosewood London - a beautifully plush hotel I’ve had the pleasure of working at a little recently. The low, winter light coming into the room was just exceptional to work with, a lovely chilled atmosphere too, perfect for documentary wedding photography.

The wedding ceremony took place at Islington town hall, another stunning building where (thankfully) the registrars are very pro-photography.

Following a short drive in a vintage route master, Amy, Adam and their wedding guests arrived at the Peasant in Clerkenwell for a classy but informal reception.

Here are just a few of my very favourites from their London wedding.

Natural Wedding Photography In Somerset | Nikki & Jonathan

Nikki and Jonathan's beautiful wedding took place on the grounds of Brympton d'Evercy house. Bridal preparations were held in the stunning honeymoon suite whilst the groom, best man and ushers got ready at the very top of the house... as well as the bar!

The ceremony was held in the small temple running parallel to the driveway, it's such an atmospheric little place and I also create some of my favourite documentary wedding photography during services here.

It was a little too cold to mingle outside! So instead, the champagne reception took place in Brympton's main hallway - another beautiful space.

There was an effortless flow to this Somerset wedding day, it was also exceptionally good fun to create their natural wedding photos as there was a real energetic vibe, thanks in part to the high ratio of friends invited. The evening had a proper party atmosphere, the sort of candid environment I absolutely love working in.
