I’m Allister, a professional Surrey wedding photographer with almost two decades of experience, welcome to my Manor House School wedding photography page.
Manor House School in Surrey is a 17th Century Queen Anna period Manor House set in the Surrey countryside. Surrounded by 17 acres of beautiful grounds including secluded gardens and parkland, this venue is a wonderful backdrop for any wedding.
Couple marrying here enjoy complete exclusivity and a choice of indoor wedding breakfast seating up to 110 guests or utilising a marquee on the large lawn in front of the building for almost unlimited seating requirements.
David and Jane’s wedding at Manor House School in surrey took place on a wonderfully sunny summers day. They and their guests took full advantage and cleverly decided ahead of time to raise a gazebo style marquee for guests to take shelter under from the midday sun, whilst still enjoying the beauty of the grounds.
David and Jane decided to have a humanist ceremony and I’m commissioned for more and more humanist ceremonies every year. They’re always particularly personal to the couple and rewarding to document and never come with the kinds of restriction on photography that you experience during a Church of England ceremony.
The day was all about family and friends and this really comes across in the photography where guests play a significant role. The evening was just as entertaining to photograph with some fantastic speeches as well as plenty of low-light and intimate chatter before the dancing kicked off.
This is the first wedding where I’ve photographed adult musical statues and I liked it! A few of my favourite photos are in the gallery below for you to view, enjoy!
