Ardington House Wedding Photography

I’m Allister, a professional Oxfordshire wedding photographer with almost two decades of experience, welcome to my Ardington House wedding photography page.

Ardington House in Oxfordshire is a magnificent Georgian mansion set in beautiful gardens right next to the Ardington Brook – a picturesque local river running through the grounds of the venue that feed the lake.

Some wedding venues are hard to capture in words and Ardington House is one of those places. There is such a feeling of space and tranquillity here, and the number of options available gives each wedding a different feel.

I documented a simple wedding blessing held at the delightful St Mary’s Church in Uffington. Following the ceremony, we moved on to Ardington House for the rest of the day.

With the marquee down by the lake and the pleasant late spring/early summer weather everyone was very laid back and relaxed – perfect for my style of informal documentary coverage.
