I’m Allister, a professional Surrey wedding photographer with almost two decades of experience, welcome to my Botleys Mansion wedding photography page.
For something as grand as it is exclusive, Botley’s Mansion in Surrey is a gorgeous wedding venue location, prime to be made entirely your own for your special day. Avoid any distractions or noise from anyone but your wedding guests, Botley’s offers a taste of luxury with memories that will stay with you long after your wedding day is over. Set in the Surrey countryside, Botley’s Mansion is a grand, Palladian country house which exudes elegance from start to finish.
Shooting days in Surrey wedding venues like Botley’s is a career highlight - spending an entire day at a venue with such grandeur and presence makes the art of photography a dream. With so many outdoor locations to ramble and an impressive interior to boot; my distinct documentary style wedding photography is guaranteed to produce you the perfect keepsakes of your special, once in a lifetime day. Let’s explore the venue a little bit more.
Licenced for civil ceremonies both inside and outside, the choice is on you as the wedding couple to design a day which is sympathetic to your wants. Ranging from capacities of 50 up to 250, flexibility is guaranteed at Botley’s - as is the wow-factor from start to finish.
For smaller ceremonies, the Green Room is described as a romantic, intimate, light and airy space, matched in perfect harmony with gentle pastel hues throughout. Seating up to 131, it’s the ideal choice for an intimate feel within a grand mansion, keeping you close to those who matter the most to you.
Larger ceremonies can make use of the show-stopping glass-roofed Atrium. Seating 250, the entrance is as grand as you would expect with a lined aisle and sweeping staircase to let the bride and groom glide into the venue in style. Fill the aisle with floral arrangements and watch the space come to life with your own vision.
For couples wishing to get married outside, Botley’s Mansion has their Temple Gardens for just that. Set up an aisle in the beautiful grounds of the mansion, and let the experienced team guide your wedding party through the day, with all the caveats you’d expect when getting married outside in the sometimes temperamental English weather.
Botley’s can be yours for the entire 24 hours of your wedding day, ensuring there is no quick exit or changeover to take away from the celebration of your wedding day. This means plenty of time for photography in my trademark, natural photography style, making sure the focus is on the newly-weds and not the photographer with cumbersome gear. I shoot with available light and seek to avoid directing how your day unfolds - leaving the wedding party wondering if there was even a photographer present.
