The Rectory Hotel in Crudwell is one of the most versatile and surprising venues in Wiltshire. At first look, it might seem a touch small and tucked away in the countryside, but only a fool would overlook its charms.
The house itself isn’t the largest, but it hides a huge permanent marquee and massive gardens, not to mention a swimming pool for those adventurous souls!
I have photographed a few weddings here now and each one benefits from the relaxed and elegant surroundings, the brilliant staff and the simple pleasure of a peaceful day.
Richard and Sonai’s Asian wedding at The Rectory
Just to prove that The Rectory really can cater to all weddings, despite it’s apparent primarily ‘rural’ character, how about this stunning Asian wedding of Richard and Sonai’s?
This was an incredible mix of English tradition and Asian colour, set in the quintessentially English venue of The Rectory. It was a visual feast and made all the better by Richard and Sonai’s fantastic warmth and love for each other and their families.
