Thornbury Castle, located in the beautiful Cotswolds, is one of the most unique and romantic wedding venues in the entire country, offering the smaller, and more intimate packages to the exclusive hire of the Hotel and marquees to accommodate up to 400 guests within the beautifully kept grounds.

The stunning and charismatic Tudor Hall is the largest room for wedding celebrations at Thornbury Castle and is a truly magnificent room that boasts an impressive mullioned window, original exposed stone walls and beautifully detailed tapestries, together with the large original fireplace. The two main interlinking reception rooms, the Boyling House and the Great Oven create the perfect setting for your wedding and make this a versatile venue for your wedding celebrations that can hold a maximum capacity of 66 guests for a sit-down meal.

This beautiful wedding venue has 26 unique bed chambers for you and your guests to become immersed in the magic and splendour of this simply stunning castle. Upon arrival, you and your guests will be greeted by huge sweeping archways, beautifully manicured gardens and numerous locations around the grounds that are just perfect for wedding photography in an intimate and romantic setting.

Thornbury Castle is renowned for its spectacular cuisine from their award-winning chef creating mouth-watering dishes using locally sourced ingredients. There is also a sommelier on-hand to advise you on the perfect wines to accompany your choice of food.
