I’m Allister Freeman, a professional Kent wedding photographer with almost two decades of experience, welcome to my West Heath School wedding photography page.
West Heath School in Kent now offers The Old House as a delightful venue for your wedding day.
The School now occupies The New House and all profits from weddings and events go to the West Heath Fund, the charity running the West Heath School which specialises in offering private schooling for 11-19 years olds with emotional and social communication issues.
Dating from the 17th Century and the former school of the late Diana, Princess of Wales, West Heath School is steeped in history and character. With a wide range of rooms and the ability to hold up to 160 guests the venue can cater for even the larger wedding requirements.
Sitting in 32 acres of parkland in the wonderful Kent countryside, West Heath School is a fantastic choice for your big day.
This is one of the best ‘colour’ winter weddings I have done for a while. It’s always great when a venue does lighting well, photography is all about light so it’s of vital importance to us photographers, and they do it well here at West Heath School.
Benjamin and Lucy used the main house for the marriage ceremony and then moved to a large marquee on the lawn. The mix of classic and modern was great to capture and the guests were a fantastic bunch so make sure you check out the crazy dancing shots in the evening!
I’ve selected a few of my favourite photos from this charming Kent wedding to share with you below. This represents a good overview of the style and quality of these atmospheric winter weddings…
