Luci and Alan had their intimate little wedding at North Cadbury Court in Somerset, a picturesque venue I've wanted to work at for quite some time. Their traditional service took place in the church on the grounds of Cadbury Court and just a short walk from the main building. The vicar was thankfully (and refreshingly) very pro-wedding photography and allowed my associate and I full and unrestricted access during the service. This was swiftly followed by a classy drinks reception in the main hall at Cadbury Court, before some great speeches and evening entertainment.
It was pretty dark inside the venue, very dark in some of the rooms but I'm continually impressed by the high ISO, low light ability of the Canon 5D Mark 3 cameras we're using. I'll be posting a comprehensive article on my current kit and the reasons behind why I use it (and how I use it) very shortly.
Here are just a few of my very favourites from this fantastic day.
Hi Al
Just wanted to say a big thank you for our wedding photos! They are all breathtaking and so natural.
Many of them are true works of art which we can frame without looking too weddingy if that makes sense. They really are beautiful.
I also realise how happy I was that day as I never normally show my teeth (well in photos anyway)! You clearly captured the love and happiness perfectly.
