I love being a wedding photographer in London. It’s chaotic, but in the best sense; a real melting pot of cultures, faiths, languages, origins, tastes and views.
Anya and John’s wedding celebrations took place over two days. The first date saw me documenting their beautiful civil ceremony at Orleans House Gallery in Richmond upon Thames. After some champagne and canapés on the grounds following the ceremony, we took the ferry across the Thames for their wedding breakfast and speeches at the incredible Petersham Nurseries (I love this place!).
The second day was a proper knees-up in the conservatory at the Barbican Centre, right in the heart of the city. The Barbican’s Conservatory is a spectacular venue, it’s filled to the brim with over 2000 species of tropical plants and trees. What's more, Anya and John themed-up the place with jungle lighting and costumes!
My wife and I can't recommend Allister highly enough. He is so easy to work with and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.
One of the best compliments we can give is that we barely noticed he was there yet the results were exactly what we wanted.
From the first meeting Allister got our vision for the wedding and was so easy to work with - a genuine pleasure to get to know. Thank you for capturing our special day.
